Although it seems as though working with high-achieving (or over-achieving) students would be an easy gig, in reality, she faces students who are terrified of failure (failure is less than 100%, by the way) and any kind of enrichment can be a challenge as it's risky - what if they don't get it right because it's above their mastery?
