Amanda Green, alongside her colleague Julie Arsenault, is an award winning teacher (2022 PM Award for Achievement in STEM, 2021 the LSF Earth Stewardship Teaching Award & 2018 ATASC Outstanding Science Teacher Award) who loves to share her "spark" with other educators, students, and her community. Amanda is a passionate and dedicated educator who teaches primarily Junior High Science and a variety of STEAM-themed classes in Beaumont.  She believes in creating authentic cross-curricular learning opportunities for students to apply to real world problems, fostering a generation of young people armed to build a better future
